Honeyed carrots

Serves 6


1 teaspoon olive oil  
4 cups sliced carrots  
3 tablespoons orange juice  
1/2 teaspoon low sodium salt  
1/4 teaspoon dried ginger  
2 tablespoons honey  
2 tablespoons Splenda


Combine all the ingredients in a large pan. 

Cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
